Phone Appointments

Phone appointments are scheduled the same as in-office appointments. Dr.Nico or Kerstin Marie will call you at the phone number you provide. Our providers may need to review your information before calling, so please allow a 24-hour window for your call.

If paying by credit card, please be sure to get us your card number for payment with our office prior to consultation. We also accept checks, provided that we receive them at least one week before appointments.

Initial Consultation Length

Your initial consultation will take 60 – 120 minutes.


Initial Consultation Fee

The fee for your initial consultation is minimum $285. The length of follow-up appointments is based on the complexity of your health care issues and the number of lab tests to review.


Fee Schedule

    Follow up visit payments are due at the time of consultation 
  Methods of payment: all major credit cards or cash
  Appointments are timed and you will be billed only for the actual time spent with the practitioner/ doctor.


Follow-up Appointments

All appointments, whether in-office or by phone, are scheduled in 15-minute increments. For your convenience, our office staff will try to schedule your appointment well in advance. Your doctor will base the frequency of follow-up appointments on the complexity of your concerns.


Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us 48 business hours before your appointment so we can offer the appointment to another patient.


Supplement Orders

In order to achieve the intended health outcome, we monitor the nutritional supplements you are taking very carefully. When working with one of our staff doctors, you will need to purchase your supplements directly from our office. This allows us to make sure you are taking exactly the right supplements at the correct dosage and potency. That way, if your specific protocol is not working as expected, we know what changes to make. If you live outside our local area, we can easily ship whatever you need directly to your home.


Shipping

We ship most orders received Monday through Thursday the same day via UPS or USPS. Orders are not shipped Friday through Sunday or on holidays.

Returned Supplements

  Pre-Approval is required for all returns.
  Refrigerated items cannot be returned.
  A 15% restocking fee, less shipping and handling, will be applied to unopened, un-refrigerated returns.
  Prepaid tests cannot be returned after requisition commitment and purchase.
  Returns other than prepaid test returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  Special orders cannot be returned.


Medical Care

Our practitioners are not medical doctors and cannot supervise medical emergencies. If you feel you need medical care, we urge you to visit your medical doctor or the nearest emergency room. If you live in our local area, we can offer a list of licensed medical providers to choose from.
